Afghan Cuisine is a love letter to the Silk Road — a modern restaurant honoring the bold spice, warm bread and unhurried hospitality of Afghanistan. From dawn dough to midnight tea, every detail is intentional.

A philosophy of fire and patience

Every kabab is hand-skewered. Every grain of rice is washed seven times. We import saffron from Herat, pistachios from Kandahar, and honey from the high valleys. The result is a dining room that smells like a home in winter — and tastes like a celebration.
